Badass Burger Quest

Allright! Here's some badass burgers for you!

You need:
-Ground meat
-Chicken
-1 egg
-Cheddar cheese
-BBQ sauces (I used honey hickory bbq and HP sauce)
-Seasonings of choice (I used american steak seasoning, grill seasoning and garlic powder)
-Worcestershire sauce
-Bacon
-Buns

Allright! Mix everything except bacon, buns and cheese. You want to tear your chicken into small pieces. Use as much as you feel like of everything, simple as that. Roll the meat into baseball-sized balls, and flatten them out. First thing you wanna do in the pan is to fry up them slices of bacon you have. When ready, use the fat from the bacon to fry them patties. Cook on a medium temp for a few minutes on each side, until well done and awesome. This might be the easiest meal to prepare, because you are now ready to eat! Put the patties on their separate buns, add bacon (of course) and add the cheddar. Everyone knows that meat is not for whimps, but vegetables is, so we are not going to add any of that on our burgers. Sit dow, relax, and be overwhelmed by the awesomeness you just have created.

Greek Burger Bonanza w/ Heavy Cream Sauce

Allright! Today I'm gonna do some Greek Burgers for y'all.
Burgers, meaballs, meatcakes, whatever you wanna call them can practically be stuffed with anything. This time I'm going Greek on yo ass, so watch out!

This is a very Low-Carb High-Fat friendly recipe, so if you wanna lose some weight while still eating awesome food, this is for you! Just make sure you use real butter or olive oil instead of vegetable oils (transfat = poison) and heavy cream instead of light cream etc... You get the drill.

What you gonna need is this:

Ground beef
Feta cheese
Green olives
1 egg
Heavy Cream
Pepper

Allright! So what you gonna do, is you're gonna mix together your Ground Beef with feta cheese and chopped green olives. A significany amount of pepper (I threw some garlic in there as well, for extra awesomeness) and one whipped egg to make it stick. Mix it together with your hands into a nice smooth pile of goodness, that should look something like this:

Form them into burgers or meatballs, in the size you like'em. Cook them in real butter or olive oil, until medium raw, them put them in a pre-heated oven until they're nice and ready. Allright!

Now for the heavy Cream sauce, it's quite basic actually. Of course you saved all the grease, butter and "leftovers" from when you fried your burgers. Put the pan to a heat and add a dash of heavy cream and let it boil until nice and thick, the way you like it. That's it. A basic, awesome sauce like that will go with pretty much anything. Add whatever additional ingrediences you like. I added some Budweiser Wing Sauce and a teaspoon of French mustard. Awesome!

Baked ziti

Allright!

Here´s an offer you simply cannot refuse. An american-italian classic, Baked ziti. Prepare for ultimate awesomeness.

You need (serves many):
-1 bag of Penne pasta
-2 jars of Tomato sauce
-400g Ground beef
-1 box Ricotta
-A lot of Provolone
-1 bag of Mozzarella
-A lot of Parmesan
-Basil
-Garlic
-Salt
-Pepper

Boil your pasta al dente, the last part is very important, if you can´t even figure that out, you suck way too much to pretend to make Italian food. Once the pasta is AL DENTE (!!!), put it aside for drying and cooling.

Fry your beef with a few shitloads of freshly cut garlic, preferably in extra virgin olive oil. Add a jar or so of your favourite tomato sauce, some salt and some black pepper.

Once the meat sauce is done, mix your pasta with ricotta and tomato sauce until nice, smooth and awesome. If you haven't rinced your pasta (of course you haven't) that will make the sauce stick more to the pasta. It adds even more to the awesomeness.

Put the pasta and meat sauce in layers in a refractory form and add the rest of the cheeses in between. Top it with some basil, add more garlic for more epic awesomeness. Cover in tin foil and bake it for about 20 minutes. OR! until the cheese is nice and awesome.

Stuffed peppers w/bacon and shroom sauce

Allright!

First recipe out to y'all is this epic awesome Stuffed peppers with bacon and shroom sauce.

You need (4 servings):
-Bacon
-Peppers
-Cheese of choise (we used classic norwegian white cheese)
-Cream cheese of choise (we used herbs)
-Ground beef
-Hot sauce (we used Da Bomb)
-Garlic powder
-Salt
-Black pepper
-Chanterelle
-Sour Cream
-Onions

First, you chop 1 onion and 10-12 slices thin sliced bacon in fine small pieces and fry them for a few minutes with some black pepper seasoning.
When the bacon has started to release the fat and the onions are starting to get tender, add the chanterelle (2dl / 1 cup) for a few more minutes before you add the Sour cream. We used approx. 3 DL (one third of a liter, a generous cup for our American audience).
This will be the sauce, cook until nice and thick. Leave it to boil on a medium heat while you prepare your stuffed peppers. Allright!

Fry your ground beef and add quite a shitload of garlic powder in real butter. Put it in a bowl with a color of your own choice and put it ever so gently, but firmly aside.

Now you want to rinse out your peppers. We used a combination of regular green bell peppers and red sweet peppers.
Stuff the peppers with the fried ground beef, and layer with cream cheese and grated cheese of your own choice.
Wrap it in tin foil and put it in a pre-heated oven (approx. 350 F / 175 C) until the cheese is melted and the peppers are nice and tender.

Serve on something appropriate. Enjoy. Allright!
